Implementation of an innovative technological platform supported by the “European Regional Funds” program and the “Rhône Alpes Region”. This platform aims to help equipment manufacturers, materials suppliers and service providers in the development, the tuning and validation of their products. The 2 partners CEA Leti and Grenoble INP / CIME Nanotech open their clean room facilities allowing process development up to equipment and materials assessment for both 200 & 300 mm wafer sizes.
